Step 1) Open the SDKSetup.exe and stop at the EULA, and go into your %TEMP% folder and go into a folder “ctx-%GUID”
copy the Extract folder to somewhere else.
Step 2) you can now run SDKSetup.exe -install:All -silent
Done!
